Important Notice
These Terms of Use require binding arbitration on an individual basis for certain users and limit the manner in which disputes may be resolved. Please review Article 20 carefully.
Agreement Overview
A legally binding agreement between you and TicketSoft
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are entered into between you ("User") and TicketSoft Technologies Inc., a corporation organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States ("TicketSoft", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, any additional terms presented to you ("Additional Terms"), and any rules applicable to specific activities or features ("Rules").
Article 1
Introduction
TicketSoft owns and operates its websites, platforms, and applications (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform enables Users to discover live events, follow artists or organisers, receive updates and notifications, access ticketing-related services, and interact with content made available through the Platform.
Some Services are offered free of charge, while others may be paid, subscription-based, or delivered through third-party partners.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of the Services. They apply from the moment you access or register on the Platform and remain in effect for as long as you use the Services, regardless of the device used.
TicketSoft's Privacy Policy, Additional Terms, and Rules are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict:
- Rules prevail
- Additional Terms prevail
- These Terms apply last
Article 2
Definitions
Agreement
These Terms together with any applicable Additional Terms or Rules.
Applicable Data Protection Laws
All applicable privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
Artist
A professional registered on the Platform under an artist or project name, including authorised representatives.
Content
Any text, images, videos, audio, messages, data, or other material submitted, uploaded, or made available by a User through the Services.
GDPR
Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Personal Data / Personal Information
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Profile
A User's registered account and associated environment on the Platform.
Services
All features, functionalities, and services made available via the Platform.
User
Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, whether registered or not, including fans, artists, venues, promoters, organisers, or partners.
Article 3
Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the User's use of the Services.
TicketSoft may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 4
Description of Services
The Services may include the ability to:
- Discover and follow artists, venues, and events
- Receive notifications and updates
- RSVP to events and sync calendars
- Access digital, recorded, or live content
- Purchase or access tickets (directly or via third-party providers)
- Publish Content or interact with other Users (where enabled)
Availability of features may vary by jurisdiction, device, or Service tier.
Article 5
Access Conditions
By using the Services, the User represents and warrants that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Will not misuse or interfere with the Platform
- Will not introduce malware or harmful code
- Will provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Have reached the legal age required to use online services in their jurisdiction
Use of the Services by unauthorised minors is prohibited.
Article 6
Registration and Account Security
Certain Services require registration. The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify TicketSoft immediately of any unauthorised access
The User is responsible for all activity conducted through their Profile. TicketSoft is not liable for losses resulting from the User's failure to safeguard credentials.
Article 7
Use of the Services
7.1 General
Users must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services.
7.2 User-Generated Content
Users may be permitted to submit Content.
TicketSoft does not pre-screen Content and is not responsible for User Content. The User remains solely responsible for any Content they submit.
The User represents that they own or have sufficient rights to submit the Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
7.3 Paid Services and Third-Party Providers
Some Services may be paid or provided by third parties. Transactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies. TicketSoft is not responsible for third-party goods or services.
7.4 Promotions
Promotions may be governed by Additional Terms or Rules. Participation constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Article 8
Code of Conduct
Users must not:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Post unlawful, harmful, misleading, hateful, or obscene Content
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Spam, scrape, harvest data, or engage in phishing
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
TicketSoft may investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of Content or suspension or termination of accounts.
Article 9
Enforcement Actions
TicketSoft may, at its discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate User accounts
- Remove Content
- Restrict access to Services
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required
Article 10
Account Termination
Users may close their account via account settings or by contacting support@ticketsoft.com. Certain Personal Data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion is permanent and may result in loss of Content and data.
Article 11
Personal Data
TicketSoft processes Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
Article 12
Intellectual Property
12.1 TicketSoft IP
All software, databases, designs, trademarks, logos, and content forming part of the Platform are owned by or licensed to TicketSoft. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
12.2 Licence to Users
TicketSoft grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services solely as intended.
12.3 Artist Content
Artist-provided content may only be accessed through Platform features and may not be redistributed without permission.
12.4 User Content Licence
Users grant TicketSoft a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and process User Content for the operation of the Services.
12.5 Trademarks
All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12.6 Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

Article 13
Platform Availability
The Platform is provided "as is". TicketSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue Services at any time.
Article 14
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
TICKETSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow some limitations; applicable law prevails.
Article 15
Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify and hold TicketSoft harmless from claims arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable law
- User Content or User conduct
Article 16
Miscellaneous
- Support: support@ticketsoft.com
- Third-party services: Used at User's own risk
- Data charges: User is responsible
- Assignment: TicketSoft may assign this Agreement freely
Article 17
Duration
These Terms remain in force while the User uses the Services.
Article 18
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. The Parties will seek to reflect original intent as closely as possible.
Article 19
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
19.2 Informal Resolution
Users agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@ticketsoft.com before filing claims.
19.3 Jurisdiction
Where arbitration does not apply, courts in New York have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer rights.
Article 20
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (US Users Only)
Disputes shall be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by JAMS, except for disputes relating to intellectual property rights.
Users waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

Disclosure
Corporate Structure Disclosure
TicketSoft Technologies Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of TicketSoft Limited, an Irish company.
While TicketSoft Limited is the parent company of the TicketSoft group, TicketSoft Technologies Inc. operates the Platform and is the contracting party under these Terms.
